Learn about the different types of warranties we offer, as well as the procedure to claim them according to our policies.

At GRUPO R4, we are pleased to offer guarantees that reflect our commitment to your satisfaction. A warranty is a backup that ensures the repair of any defect or hidden defect in your property, guaranteeing that it recovers its optimal functioning.

To provide you with clarity, we detail our guarantees:

  1. Work guarantees for hidden defects: Validity of one year from the physical delivery of the unit. It has coverage for cracks in walls, walls, failures in hydraulic, sanitary and electrical installations (this guarantee does not apply to damage due to CFE’s electrical supply, external manipulation or force majeure such as climatic events).
  2. Guarantees on equipment and appliances: If your apartment includes appliances, if you detect any functionality defect, we ask that you notify us within the first 15 business days of use. After this period, it will be necessary to contact the supplier directly with the manual and warranty policy delivered on the day of physical delivery of property.

Remember that guarantees apply to properties less than one year old from delivery.

To request a warranty, you need to review the following policies:

  • Whether it is a valid warranty will be determined during the inspection.
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, the developer has a period of 20 days to access the property to do the work; otherwise, the report folio will be cancelled.
  • The presence of the administrator or owner is mandatory during repair work.
  • In case of absence, rescheduling or making another appointment will be allowed within the next 7 days.
  • After completing the work, it will be necessary to sign the delivery document in order to close the warranty report.

If you are an administrator, we ask you to notify the owner in the most attentive manner before raising a file. When filling out the form, it will be mandatory that you provide your information and that of the owner. If you meet the aforementioned requirements and wish to request a folio to apply a guarantee, we recommend that you check the delivery date before requesting a folio.
